Ken is Executive Vice President with BRC Loans and oversees the investor capital group, with responsibility for raising investor funds for the BRC Commercial Bridge Fund. BRC Loans is a short-term commercial bridge lender specializing in small balance loans of $2M or less, helping real estate investors acquire investment properties quickly. In addition, Ken is an Advisor to Bellaire Holdings, a real estate private equity company specializing in multifamily real estate investments. Ken serves on the Supervisory Committee of Logix Federal Credit Union.

 

Ken earned a B.S. in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics with a specialization in Business Administration from UCLA.

 

Ken is active in his community and alumni network. He is Past President (2019-2020) of Bruin Professionals and founding chair of the Bruin Professionals Scholarship Fund. He is a graduate of the UCLA Alumni Academy, Past President of Bruins in Business and former board member of the UCLA Professional & Academic Council. He is a Past President (2013-2014) of the Rotary Club of Los Angeles (LA5), the 5th oldest Rotary Club in the world and past Chair of the LA5 Foundation. Ken served three years as Senior Assistant Governor (2014-2017) and Membership Chair of Rotary District 5280 which includes 62 Rotary Clubs and 2500 Rotarians in the Southern California area. He is a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association and is currently a Chair within the 935 member organization. Ken is a 2018 graduate of the FBI LA Citizen’s Academy, an Eagle Scout, an Assistant Scoutmaster of his son’s troop and the BSA Campo de Cahuenga District Chair.
