Do you want to expand your UCLA relationships, create more business, and have more fun?  Bruin Professionals (‘BP’) is the place for you!  The goal of BP is to engage a diverse group of UCLA Alumni fostering commerce, camaraderie, and community. BP Members have opportunities at organized monthly chapter meetings and events to develop lasting relationships and expand their businesses via our vast referral network.  

Join us this April as we embark upon our inaugural Breaking Bread with Bruins event! Breaking Bread with Bruins is a small group, curated dinner event at one of six locations throughout the LA and Orange County areas.

Set MENU Served family style at the table

 Appetizers (family style)
Hummus a delicate mixture of garbanzo beans blended with sesame oil and lemon juice
Mutabel (Boba Ghanouj) roasted eggplant mixture w/ sesame seed oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic
Spicy Labneh yogurt cheese cream mixture w/ small dices of cucumber, tomatoes, pickles, red pepper, mint, olive oil
Greek Salad romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, dry mint, oregano, olive oil, feta cheese, and kalamata olives
Itch fine wheat bulgur mixed w/sautéed tomato, herbs and onions
Mousakka oven baked diced eggplant w/tomato, bell pepper, onion, potato, and garlic. Added w/ garbanzo, red pepper paste, lemon juice and olive oil
Feta Cheese Platter Feta cheese served w/sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives
Olives & Pickles assorted olives and turnip pickles
Garden Salad tomatoes, avocado, red onion, peppers, green olives, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar

Cheese Fatayer (Boreg) pan fried turnovers stuffed w/white cheese, parsley, and peppers
Ras Kebbel (Eshli Kofta) spheres of fried beef, cracked wheat stuffed w/minced ground beef, pine nuts.
Soujuk Mezza traditional spicy mediterranean sausage, pan fried with garlic, lemon juice, tomatoes and pickles

• No refunds.  Diners can transfer to another BP member if they cannot attend
