Dr. Sacha Joseph-Mathews is the Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Development in the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific. She has a PhD in Business Administration and has been working, teaching and researching in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as marketing, and international business for over 20 years.  In addition to her academic work, Sacha is also the owner of Joseph-Mathews Consulting which offers DEI training, strategic planning and listening tour facilitation to firms from a wide cross section of industries including Academica, healthcare, law enforcement, transit and state entities.  Her clients include: The State of California, Lodi and Stockton Police Departments, Woodland Unified School District, San Joaquin Sheriff Department, BART, Metro and ACCESS to name a few.   To date, Dr. Joseph-Mathews has trained hundreds of professionals in unconscious bias, DEI audits, de-escalation techniques, Intergenerational communication strategies and understanding DEI in the workplace.
