TOPIC:  Learn from the Dojo of a Six Sigma Master Black Belt! What is 6 Sigma, and how can it help your clients: A Brief 6 Sigma Case Study

Description:

Six Sigma is a term used to define various techniques and management tools designed to make business processes more efficient and effective.

While Lean looks at eliminating the 8 classic wastes,  Six Sigma looks at eliminating variation in any process. "Variation is the Enemy!" is the six sigma mantra!!

Six Sigma provides an array of statistical tools to eliminate defects, identify the cause of the error, and reduce the possibilities of error.

Six Sigma creates an environment of continuous process improvement, enabling businesses to provide better products and services to customers. It was developed by Motorola, Inc. in 1986.
