Description: Our client is a world-renowned bottled water brand that has been successful for many decades. They are seeking a part-time Marketing Project Coordinator for their International Marketing Team to help with a number of packaging projects over the next 5-6 months. This role will require ~16-20 hours/week in-office over the next 5-6 months.

- Drive the completion of international packaging projects by gathering inputs from the sales and legal teams and work cross-functionally to ensure on time project delivery.
- Develop and own accurate project timeline and other documentation and specs as needed
- Support a variety of ongoing programs and one-time projects across multiple regions
- Maintain a project backlog, including prioritization and time frame estimation, and communicate these matters to the appropriate individuals and stakeholders
- Participate in bi-weekly status meetings and communicate status and potential project risks to the International Sales team
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
- 2+ years of project management experience; ideally with some exposure to packaging
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience managing a high volume of marketing projects in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to evaluate and adjust project priorities
- Capability to interpret business needs and translate them into project requirements
