I am working on an 18 month transition (exit) plan for a local firm. We are doing GAP analysis on the staff as part of determining who is a right fit for more responsibility. As part of this they are interested in a personality/professional assessment to supplement their gaps assessment, specifically in identifying staff potential and aptitude.They are interested in having their staff take a personality assessment (similar to the Birkman Profile, Hogan Personality Inventory, or DISC, etc.) and to use the results of the assessment/s to further assist with succession planning, and even with performance reviews.Do you have other recommendations?
