Small Real Estate Investment Company specializing in value added Investment properties.Seeking an office Assistant with a high energy and a background in managing office duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include the following:
•Manage administrative responsibilities with enthusiasm and accuracy, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling catering requests, answering phones and responding to caller questions, filing, faxing, copying, expense reports, invoice processing, ordering all office supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mails and emails needs for the office.
Requirements Qualifications include the following:
•Strong command of the English language
•Typed at least accurately 70 wpm
•3 years office experience
Part time or Full time with Flexible hours, small staff; quiet office near Sunset & Bundy. Compensation $14-17/ hr.
