Our client is a leading manufacturer supplying marijuana packaging and related supplies to pharmacies, medical offices, and to the cannabis market. They are seeking a Business Process Analyst to analyze the firm's processes and workflows to determine how they can be improved or automated. Responsibilities - Create process documentation/workflows for cross departmental operations - Collect and document business requirements for project and processes improvement/automatic efforts - Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-use cases - Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels - Track major incident management processes and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas - Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, required - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or related fields - Experience with ERP systems, NAV preferred - Experience with ecommerce, Magneto preferred - Experience with Project Management Software - Wrike preferred - Ability to manage multiple projects at one - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
