Meet the speaker:  Len Levy, Esq.

After 30 years of experience as a trial attorney on complex cases, Len Levy began resolving disputes as a mediator and arbitrator in 1998.  As a mediator, Len explores the interests of the parties to achieve a resolution which maximizes all parties’ satisfaction with the settlement, and he is known for his extraordinary patience, creativity and tenacious pursuit of resolution. In his presentation, Len will draw on his experiences as mediator and Loyola Law School adjunct professor teaching a course entitled “Introduction to Negotiations.“  You will learn how to prepare to negotiate not only in the context of mediation, but also in other aspects of a law practice or business.
